It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like (Jellycat) Christmas!

Christmas has arrived early for Jellycat lovers! There's some cute new bunnies, Christmas versions of iconic characters, a huge Christmas tree, and so much more.

I know what you’re thinking – it’s that time of year already?! Like clockwork, the holiday season comes around again, and some Christmas Jellycats have arrived to bring a bit of holiday cheer to our day. I’ll give you a run through of the brand new Christmas Jellies that have landed at Li’l T so far. It’s never too early to get into the holiday mood with an adorable new Jellycat.

As always, I’ll start with the Bashfuls and Amuseables. There’s the Little Bashful Bunny with Present, a lovely white with a pink gift wrapped in a yellow bow, which would be lovely to discover under any Christmas tree. They’re not the only new Bashful Bunny, either – my addition to my collection this drop was the delightful Luxe Scarlett in the Huge size. She’s a rich red colour that immediately reminds me of holly berries, Santa’s suit, and bows on Christmas presents in classic films. As a Luxe bunny, she’s super soft and sports a fluffy white tail, and the Huge size makes her even more ideal for those wonderful Jellycat hugs.

For the Amuseables, there’s the cute and hilarious Amuseable Peanut Reindeer, sporting the classic red nose and antlers, my current monitor friend and likely next purchase. Then, there’s a little Amuseable Snowflake, who can turn any location into a Winter wonderland. If you really want to make an impression with your decorations this Christmas, I recommend the Amuseable Nordic Spruce Tree, in the Really Big size. This Nordic Spruce Jellycat is approximately 90cm tall and has to be seen to be believed.

Jellycat’s iconic characters have also been getting in the Christmas spirit. Jellycat Jack has swapped his usual jelly on his head for a Santa hat and matching scarf, and looks stylish indeed. Ricky Rain Frog looks amusingly displeased in his Christmas tree costume, complete with baubles and a golden star on top. Speaking of grumpy Jellycat characters, Timmy Turtle has joined the Christmas party dressed as a snowman, sporting a red beanie and tartan scarf to keep him warm.

Some Christmas-specific Jellycat friends have joined us too! There’s the friendly Eldo Elf, dressed in the classic red and green combo, who has a matching Storybook as well, Eldo Elf and the Patchwork Bashful Bunny. We also have not one, but two reindeers – the sweet Romi Reindeer with the iconic red nose, and the larger Vivien Reindeer with shiny antlers and paws, and a stylish fluffy coat.

We also have some themed animals for Christmas as well. The Cranberry Octopus, available in both Little and Large sizes, is a beautiful rich red colour like Scarlett, and has a candy cane pattern under their tentacles. It was really hard not to add one of them to my collection! There’s also the fun little Peanut Penguin Snowboarding, donning a blue and white beanie to match the mentioned snowboard. They’d make a great monitor friend.

To finish off, we have two more Jellycat storybooks that can be paired with their plush counterparts. There’s Gingerbread Fred, named after the fun gingerbread Jellycat that debuted last year, and The Naughty Penguins, which would pair great with any of the Peanut Penguins. Jellycat book and plush combos make great gifts and are sure to be on many Christmas lists.

So, there you have our roundup of the new Christmas Jellies that have landed at Li’l T! I’m absolutely in love with all of them. Now, it’s time to go plan my next post, and try not to buy that octopus…
